BRAND Manager 

Wexford Car Centre wish to recruit a Brand Manager.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join to join a well-established business with an excellent reputation for great customer care, selling a range of new and rapidly expanding range of hybrid, plug in hybrid and electric vehicles.

This is primarily a sales role with a strong focus on stock management and maximising profit margin.

You will have responsibility for the following:

1. Managing new stock and will report directly to Head of Sales.
2. Managing and developing the existing sales team and the recruitment and training of future sales people as required
3. Achieving all aspects of Sales targets
4. Coordinating and managing showroom activities to deliver the highest levels of Manufacturer standards

The ideal candidate would be an ambitious, energetic, driven individual with an appetite for success.

Requirements:

1. Previous sales experience is essential for this role
2. A proven track record in achieving and exceeding monthly sales objectives
3. Possess strong administration and IT skills
4. Have the ability to develop and motivate a team to achieve results
5. Continuously review and improve sales processes and systems to produce increased levels of customer satisfaction while maximising profitability
6. Full Driver's licence necessary

On target earnings for 2023 €70,000 estimated plus use of Company car.
