1981

Located in Westgate in Wexford Town , Wexford Car Centre became the main Nissan Dealer for the South East in 1981.

Before the Digital Era.

The Sales records for 1981 were stored in a hardback & we still have records of the cars and colours that were sold during our first year of business in 1981.

1984

Thomas MacDonald & Eamon Gregg join the business.

In 2021 , Thomas is now Sales Manager & Eamon is the Service Manager

1994.

As car sales grew in the South East , Wexford Car Centre began to look at other nearby sites which had more space. 

One spot located in Ardcavan , just over Wexford Bridge was chosen as the site for the new premises.

1995​

Our new premises opens .

Rita Duggan also joins the business as a Service Advisor and remains in the role to this day !

Early 2000's

With the continued growth & popularity of the Nissan range in the South East , plans begin to expand and modernise the showroom.

​2005

Construction begins on the new state of the art showroom

The most difficult part of the renovation was the installation of the new windows , which required a specialist fitter on site.

The project is complete by the Summer of 2005.

2014

Wexford Car Centre also becomes a main Kia dealer for the South East.

Thomas MacDonald is Kia Sales Manager & Niall Murphy is Brand Manager
